The Protaper SE School Boy Pro Mini handlebar is engineered for motocross and enduro riders seeking structural strength, precise control, and comfort. Manufactured from high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum, it combines lightweight construction with optimal performance for consistent feedback and superior grip.
The handlebar is built from proprietary 5 mm, 2000 series T6 aerospace aluminum alloy rated at 70,000 psi. The crossbar is made of cold-forged aluminum and features CNC-machined 6061 aluminum clamps adhered with aerospace-grade polymer. Shot peened, stress-relieved, and anodized finish ensures superior durability. The clutch side is knurled for maximum grip adhesion. Chemically applied graphics are scratch and peel resistant. Plastic end plugs shield against the elements. Includes a crossbar pad for enhanced safety.
