Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity (ADR).
Alternative dispute resolution allows consumers to resolve disputes related to the purchase of goods or services in a faster, simpler, and less expensive way, without the need to go to court.
