Refund policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Team MX AG57 online store.
Policy Summary
- Returns accepted within 14 calendar days
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- No fixed restocking fee is applied
- Products showing signs of use or installation may be subject to depreciation in the refund
- Items identified as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect or non-conformity
1. Return of Defective or Non-Conforming Products
The customer has the right to return, repair, replacement or refund of products that present a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with what was ordered, in accordance with applicable law.
The defect should be reported as soon as possible after its detection.
For the situation to be assessed, the product must:
- Be complete
- Include all accessories, components and packaging, where applicable
- Keep the original identification label whenever possible
After receipt of the returned item, it will be subject to technical inspection.
Refund
Once the defect or non-conformity has been confirmed:
- The amount paid by the customer will be refunded
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase
- The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after confirmation by email
These provisions do not affect the consumer’s legal rights.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, without needing to provide a reason.
For the return to be accepted, the products must cumulatively meet the following conditions:
- Show no signs of installation, road, track or off-road use
- Show no wear, scratches, damage, tool marks, dirt or deterioration
- Not have been washed, modified or tampered with
- Maintain their original characteristics
- Be complete, including accessories, components, documentation and packaging, where applicable
- Keep the original identification label
- Be properly packed for transport
Careful opening of the packaging and verification of the nature, characteristics and compatibility of the product are permitted, provided that such handling does not exceed what would normally be allowed in a physical store.
Product Depreciation
The customer is responsible for any depreciation of the product if the handling exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
If the returned product shows signs of use, installation, wear, damage, missing components or deterioration of the packaging that reduces its commercial value, Team MX AG57 reserves the right to:
- Refuse the return
- or deduct from the refund amount the value corresponding to the depreciation identified
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer, except in cases provided for by law.
Refund
The refund will be made after receipt, inspection and validation of the condition of the returned item.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the applicable legal deadline.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Except in cases of defect or non-conformity, returns are not accepted for:
- Products identified as “Final Sale”
- Customized products or products made to order
- Stickers, graphics or customized products that have already been applied
- Electrical or electronic products showing signs of installation
- Chemicals, lubricants or opened consumables
- Products that have been installed, mounted or used
- Products damaged due to incorrect use, improper installation or normal wear and tear
The consumer’s legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain fully applicable.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Applicable conditions:
- An item may only be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value
- If the new item has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference
- Each order may only be exchanged once
- After an exchange, a return will only be possible where legally applicable
- The same condition and conservation requirements set out for returns also apply to exchanges
Shipping costs associated with the exchange are borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to Team MX AG57.
5. Return of Gifts
The return of gifted items must be requested by the person who made the original purchase.
Any refund will be made exclusively using the payment method used for the original purchase.
The same conditions set out in this policy apply.
6. How to Proceed with a Return or Exchange
Step 1 – Return Request
- Access your account at www.teammxag57.com
- Select the order you wish to return
- Click “Request return”
- Choose the reason
- Add a note, if necessary
- Submit the request
Step 2 – Product Packaging
- Preferably use the original packaging or a strong package
- Place only the items authorized for return inside the package
- Properly protect the contents
- Seal the package properly
- Remove any previous shipping labels
Step 3 – Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We recommend using registered shipping with tracking, as Team MX AG57 is not responsible for loss during return transport.
7. Return Inspection
All returned items will be subject to technical and visual inspection upon receipt.
Team MX AG57 reserves the right to:
- Request additional information from the customer
- Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
- Apply a proportional refund reduction in case of product depreciation
