Shipping policy

For our domestic delivery service, we work in partnership with CTT under the following conditions and estimated delivery times:
  • Deliveries to Mainland Portugal are made within 48 hours after order dispatch.
  • Deliveries to the Autonomous Regions (Madeira and Azores) are made within 7 to 11 days after order dispatch.
  • Deliveries to Spain are made within 2 business days after order dispatch.
  • Deliveries to all other European countries are made within 5 to 10 business days after order dispatch.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 3:00 PM. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For international shipments, our logistics partner is DPD Business.

Orders for which payment has not been received will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

The delivery times stated are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond the control of Team MX AG57, the carrier, or customs authorities where applicable.
