Shipping policy
For our national delivery service, we have partnered with CTT with the following conditions and estimated delivery times:
Deliveries to Mainland Portugal are made within 48 hours after dispatch of the order.
Deliveries to the Autonomous Regions (Madeira and the Azores) are made within 7 to 11 days by CTT Portugal after dispatch of the order.
Deliveries to Spain are made within 2 business days by CTT Portugal after dispatch of the order.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 3:00 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
For international shipments, we partner with DPD Business.
Orders for which payment has not been made will be canceled after 48 hours.
