The Leatt 4.5 camo neck brace delivers advanced cervical protection for motocross and enduro riders. Designed to reduce neck forces during impacts, it helps protect fragile cervical bones and collarbones by redirecting energy away from vulnerable areas.
Constructed from lightweight composite polyamide, the Leatt 4.5 features an engineered collarbone cut-out to keep the helmet rim clear of the collarbone. The CoreFlex split rear thoracic strut follows natural body movements and is designed to break away before excessive pressure occurs. Two-way rear adjustability ensures an accurate fit for different riders. Injected foam padding provides comfort and is easy to clean. CE tested and certified according to PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
