VForce3 Reed Valve KTM SX/EXC 125 1998-2015

The Moto Tassinari VForce3 Reed Valve is designed to increase intake efficiency on two-stroke engines, improving airflow, throttle response and engine performance. This version is intended for KTM 125 SX and 125 EXC models from 1998 to 2015.

The VForce design provides twice the Reed Petal tip surface area of a conventional Reed Valve. This configuration allows the Reed Petals to travel approximately half the distance required to achieve the same airflow.

The shorter Reed Petal travel promotes faster opening, increases the likelihood of reaching full opening and helps improve sealing during operation. Reduced movement also helps minimise wear caused by continuous opening and closing cycles.

At 8,000 rpm, a Reed Petal can open and close approximately 133 times per second. The reduced travel provided by the VForce3 system therefore contributes to increased Reed Petal durability and improved intake efficiency.
