Polisport Extreme engine protection kit for KTM EXC-F 450 is engineered to deliver maximum protection under extreme enduro and motocross conditions. Its innovative one-piece design provides extended coverage and enhanced durability.
Manufactured from high-resistance PA6 polyamide, this kit offers excellent protection against abrasion, impact and high temperatures. The one-piece construction integrates clutch cover and water pump protection, reducing weak points and improving structural strength. It mounts directly using OEM bolts without requiring removal of the original engine covers. Newly designed ventilation zones enhance airflow and help prevent overheating during aggressive riding. The kit also includes ignition cover protection and a complete mounting kit.
