Leatt 4.5 Stealth Neck Brace
The Leatt 4.5 Stealth neck brace is engineered to significantly reduce neck forces and minimize the risk of cervical injuries for motocross and enduro riders. Manufactured from composite polyamide, it combines durability with excellent comfort for long rides.
The collarbone cut-out keeps the helmet rim away from fragile bones, while the CoreFlex split folding thoracic strut is designed to break away before excess pressure is applied to the back. It offers two-way rear adjustability for a tailored fit and features a platform that redistributes helmet forces during impact. Injected, easy-to-clean foam padding enhances comfort and maintenance.
