VForce4R V4R81A Reed Valve Honda CR80/CR85 1980-2007

The Moto Tassinari VForce4R V4R81A Reed Valve is designed for 1980-2007 Honda CR80 and CR85 motorcycles, combining the established advantages of the VForce system with specific improvements aimed at increasing Reed Petal life and intake efficiency.

The VForce design provides twice the Reed Petal tip surface area of a conventional Reed Valve. This allows the Reed Petals to travel approximately half the distance required to achieve the same airflow, promoting faster opening, improved sealing and reduced wear.

The VForce4R version adds rubber overmolding to the reed-contact surfaces of the cage and extended Reed Petal stops. These features help cushion Reed Petal contact and improve durability during continuous opening and closing cycles.

Pre-curved Reed Petals improve sealing at the tips, while the wider reed cage and aerodynamic profile contribute to increased airflow and air velocity through the intake.
