High-performance replacement piston for KTM SX/EXC 250, compatible with models from 2003 to 2025. Built using hypereutectic aluminum alloy for superior wear resistance and thermal stability. Designed for 2-stroke engines with 1 ring.
Technical Features:
- Hypereutectic casting for reduced thermal expansion
- MOS2 (Teflon/Molybdenum) coated skirts for lower friction and better heat dissipation
- Machined head reflects combustion heat and reduces carbon buildup
- Anodized dome for increased heat resistance and structural strength
- Available in oversizes from 0.25 mm to 2 mm (-1 to -8), plus B (0.01 mm) and C (0.02 mm) sizes
- Kit includes: individually wrapped piston, OEM-grade ring, wrist pin, and circlips
